Cancellation Policy
When a reservation has been confirmed please check cancellation policy at the time of booking. The person making the reservation is responsible for the agreed cancellation fee. Please telephone immediately in the event of a cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, the following charges apply:
- 7-14 days notice – 50% of the 1st night
- 24hrs – 6 days notice – 75% of the 1st night
- Less than 24hrs or Failure to show – 100% of the 1st night.
Arrival Time
- Rooms are available between 3pm and 6pm (except by prior arrangement)
- Check out should be no later than 11am.
- Reservations are normally held until 6pm.
- Reduction for children applies where children share with a parent or three or more children share one room. Full rate applies when one or two children occupy separate rooms.
