All our bedrooms are ensuite.

Credit Cards – unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or laser cards at this time. We are happy to provide a receipt for all bookings if desired.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 2 day cancellation policy, by midnight 2 days prior to planned day of arrival except for special events  (Please contact home for details).

The person making the reservation is responsible for the agreed cancellation fee. Please telephone immediately in the event of a cancellation.  Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, the full amount of the first nights stay will be charged.

Arrival Time

  • Rooms are available between 2pm and 6pm (except by prior arrangement)
  • Check out should be no later than 11am.
  • Reservations are normally held until 6pm.
